Suranaree University of Technology of Technology (SUT) was established in 1990 as the first public autonomous university in Thailand, specialising in science and technology.

In 2016, in its 26 year since establishment, Suranaree University of Technology was ranked in the top 13 of Thailand’s University in the QS University Ranking: Asia, Also, SUT was ranked by Times Higher Education (THE) the 5th in Thailand, the 10th in ASEAN, and in 161st-170th in Asia. ◆Program Information


1) Mechanical Engineering (International Program)
Study: Statics and dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, stress analysis, mechanical design and technical drawing. As the course progresses, there should be more opportunities to specialize in a particular field within which mechanical engineering skills are applied, such as vehicle design, robotics, nanotechnology or energy.

2) Material Innovation and Design Engineering (International Program)
Study : Basic science mathematics and general education, Basic engineering and management engineering, Material processing and engineering, Material design and innovation, Innovation management and entrepreneurship.

3) Civil Engineering (International Program)
Study: Material properties, soil mechanics and behaviors, building design, and water resources. almost everything that they see in daily life.

4) Petrochemical and Polymer Engineering (International Program)
Study: Process equipment design and operation in the Upstream to Intermediate process. In addition, from Downstream process, the courses cover the polymerization, structure and characterization of polymers, properties and testing, compounding and processing of polymers.
