◆Program Information


The the 10 day Education and Psychology Student's Summer Camp bring students from both disiciplines to learn about Early Childhood Development, and Positive and Environmental Psychology. The program will have both in-classroom and out of classroom activities. Classroom discussions will include topics on Design Thinking, Problem-Based Learning, Postive Psychology, Environmental Psychology, and Art Therapy, to give a few examples. Immersion trips to the Child Studies Center of Miriam College is included in the program to give participants the opportunity to be immersed in a modern Filipino Catholic pre-school. As part of the out of classroom activities, participants will get the chance to learn about Quezon City where Miriam College is situated through an educational tour, travel to Metro Manila to visit Intramuros and learn about the Philippines colonial period and travel to Laiban, Rizal to visit Miriam College's partner community to learn about Filipino rural life.
