Sripatum University (SPU), one of the finest private universities in Thailand, was established in 1970 by the name “Sripatum College”. This name was given by H.R.H. the Princess Mother. In 1987, the college was promoted to university status by the Ministry of University Affairs, and has since been known as Sripatum University. From then on, the university has expanded to four campuses: Bangkhen and Phayathai Campuses in Bangkok, Chon Buri Campus in Chon Buri Province near the country’s Eastern Seaboard and the newest Khon Kaen Campus in Khon Kaen Province.

Sripatum International College (SIC), SPU was initiated to respond to the growing trend in education toward globalized collaboration and particularly to keep in tune with the fast-paced development of Asia. Our International College integrates educational program with economic, social and cultural growths of the nation. SIC students receive training of international standard. This will give our students a competitive edge when developing their career path in a rapidly changing global business environment and take maximum advantage when taking on new opportunities.

The student is required to purchase private health insurance before leaving for Thailand
·Visa Process
As soon as the selection of the awardees has been made, SIC will send the “Letter of Acceptance” to each student by mail. Upon your receipt, please contact the Thai Embassy / Consulate in your country to allow them sufficient time to process your visa application. The student shall apply for the appropriate type of visa (Non-Immigration, ED type) as early as possible on their own expenses. After that please let the SIC know the results of the visa application immediately.
