Shih Chien University has roots that go back to the founding of Shih Chien College of Home Economics in 1958. The University is made up of 2 campuses and 5 colleges, with approximately 16,000 students and 780 faculty and staff.

It is a learning community with friendly atmosphere and artistic environment. Shih Chien University has five colleges in two campuses. We located in the district which near Shilin night market, National Palace Museum and Miramar Entertainment Park, the university is benefited by the convenience of the MRT system and city buses. Being in metropolitan Taipei, students of USC not only have an excellent environment for studying, but also get the advantage of experiencing rich and lively natural and cultural activities.
